OK,

I searched for CPM and only found 2 posts that were somewhat related to what my post is about. One post was mentioning only mentioned the CPM buy rate which is not what my posting is inquiring about. The other post talked about CPM to a point but was far to vague and is so old that the information is irrelevant. Moving it to that post would be the death nail for my discussion because it would be unlikely that people would get past the first few comments before they wondered why such an old post if being brought unlikely make it to the end where I would unfortunately be located.

This is NOT a NEWBIE issue it relate to people who have been active in GPT for a while already so do not move this from the General Discussion area as this is where this post belongs.

And, although there should be nothing in this post that is in violation of TOS for this site, I would ask if you would kindly PM if there is anything that seems to lean in that direction so I can properly explain why it does not.

It is sad that I have to resort to prefacing my actual post. But, I see it as necessary because of all the problems I have been having ever since I made my first post here.

So, here is the the actual post.

What do you feel is a reasonable CPM rate in exchange for cash????

I have seen examples as high as $0.10 per 1000 offered by various sites and even lower.

This seems far to low for any site but mega sites to expect even a trickle of money from let alone sites they only get a few 1000 visitors a day. Tons of sites would be lucky to be getting even 1000 hits a day.

At any rate. Is a 10 cent CPM the going rate. What is the average? And, is there a site that keeps track of this information? Also, does anyone have any suggestions as to companies that pay a decent CPM for you to show there banners, ads, etc.
