Hello

With immediate effect, we have increased the UpgradedOnly Paid to Promote (PTP) rates on Anything-Goes.

The rates are as follows:

Tier 1 & 2 70/1000 (was 65/1000)
Tier 3 35/1000 (was 30/1000)
Tier 4 25/1000 (was 20/1000)

The Free PTP page remains unchanged.

Also, effective immediately, the Affiliate Page Rate has increased to 20/1000 (was 17/1000)
