What windows do you use? Maybe you should try and typing something in google like "xxxproduct namexxx is not found by computer" or something. If you have this problem there is a good chance someone already asked a question about it on the internet. I do this all the time if I can't make something work.

simple solutions depending on your OS,
1. run windows update
2. check kingston's webpage in case there are any downloadable drivers
3. if the message is not shown all the time, but only some times, there's a chance the usb drive has a problem. Try using a different usb bus or, if there is a usb cable and not a built-in jack, a different cable

check in device manager to make sure it indeed has drivers, if not then you should be able to use windows update to get them, though if you're running an OS later than (i think) windows 2000 then the drivers should install automatically

Hi qyud2001,
The problem is not big. There are certain things you should consider first.
First thing is which operating system you are using if it is Windows98 or 95 then you have to download driver to connect, else not needed.
Any other USB device is working in your computer or not, check it first.
If yes then try your USB flash drive in some other computer. If it is working then you have to configure your operating system registry file.

Google is your friend.
Google the phrase:
"Product Name Operating System"
(Obviously replacing product name with the name of your usb device and OS with your OS)
