This is strange. Im making a complaint I did not receive any Points mail in the last 5 days. I don't know what is going on?? I want to use my points for advertisings. Please reply this message please tell me what happen.

I think point email is a good thing. You could advertise for free without spending cash. I heard a lot of positive feedback their result on their free advertising on noey-place

I have several emails today and yesterday...can't remember about the 1st or before.
I don't know why you wouldn't be getting them as well, but I do know she's been sending out emails regarding their server problems and email problems. This is the latest, received today - are you getting these too?

We are still experiencing server problems. One moment the site is down, the next it's working ok and the next it's really, really, really slow. It is even slower on the admin part of the site. I have taken down the redemption buttons for now. I am doing my best to get emails out but, with the way things are going, it often takes me 10 minutes to create just one ad. Also, I do not want to strain the mail server even more so I am sending one email at a time.
There was also a mail server problem with Myecom over the past weekend that affected many sites, including both of mine. (on top of our other server problems)
I am still awaiting a response from our host about these problems. I sent another email to them today as I have not had a response since last Wednesday when I was advised that they would look into it.
I know that a lot of you are very frustrated and all I can say at this time is that I am very sorry for all of these problems.
I just want you to know that I am going through my inbox and getting ads out as I am able (when the server allows). I am frustrated too as it is taking me 4 times as long as it should to get things done. If you've emailed me with a question or comment and haven't received a response, it's because I am buried in emails right now.
If we must change hosts again, we will. I've already researched it. I am hoping we won't need to do that again as it will mean more downtime for the site.
For the present time, I am not deleting anyone for inactivity. Also, I am going to work on something where you'll be able to access past links instead of me doing resends. My suggestion is this for paid emails: try opening the link, if it doesn't load promptly, try again a little later.
Again, I am so very sorry for all the inconveniences!

I like the point mails too, but what's happen is that she is converting thousands of points into cash.
Personally, I have spend several thousands points the last few days - all being sent as paid mails.
Usually, that is good - I mean to convert points to cash - however in Noey's I would rather have the oppotunity to send and receive at least some point mails, but I think she is trying to limit the number of mails.
Just a guess...

If you actually bothered to read her mail, then you would know! She sent out several emails explaining what is going on, so rather than come in here and complain try reading your emails. Or post a question in general discussion. She is working on the problems with the site, and took the point redeempions down till all the bugs are fixed.

Why no points. I think it easy she want resign (with) or (from- what is correct?) so she invested huge amount of money. She want to reach wery high amount of members in short time.

I think she's probably only sending out the paid mails at the moment, because those are the ones most members are waiting for the most. With the server being so slow I think she's decided to send out all paid mails first and after that go to the points mails.

[edit] I just received a 25 point e-mail, guess they'll start coming again! not much use for complainig any more now..

I doesn't sound like you're reading the emails about the server problems she's having.

It's posted twice in this thread. She's sending emails out slowly to not bog down the email server. Give her time to catch up.

I am sick of your complaints about nothing. Did you bug the staff P, until they let you come back as davidbug.
Noey has server problems, she has repeatively sent out e-mails to the members explaining in detail whats going on.
If you want attention go buy a dog but enough of these brainless complaints,
especially when you know the reasons why. Your getting the e-mails just like everyone else. So why are you trying to stir up trouble again?

Not for nothing, davidbugs, but i was skimming through the complaints, and most of the topics that were started come from you. You complain about 20 different programs here. Does ANYTHING make you happy? Man, you are one hard guy to please
