I joined Fast Profit Powerlines because the owner also owns one of the traffic exchanges I belong to. It is free to join, but in order to withdraw your funds, you must purchase a "powerline" for $10. So far, I have $30 in my account and I have not done a thing.

Does anyone know if this place is legit? Do they really pay?
