anybody can explain to me why my donkeymail account get suspended?
i'm not log in donkey for 2 day, and when i log in, they say that my account has been suspended.
how is that happen?

- Having more then one account from the same IP-address?
- Doing false paid signups?
- Filling in nonsense information in your profile?
- ....

There can be many reasons.

I had mine suspended for using my home PO Box address which is in a different country. Better ensure that all you info is relevant to the country you're in as they do IP traces.

You should contact admin. They usually late with their reply but they always reply. Sebas is nice PO.

Agreed.... we can give you possible reasons, but only DonkeyMails itself can tell you why you were suspended

Hi i also had an account suspended and now the site is telling me to get a support ticket which i do not no were to get one from plus it tells me to go to the help section and i cannot seem to see anything at all about a support ticket, i only just joined the site that you mentioned so i`m sorry i can`t help you but could you help me in any way?
