A GPF member may request account deletion at any time for any reason.

Whilst, we would be disappointed to see you leave GPF, we would like to know why you may be contemplating removing your account and if there is anything we need to address to improve our service and facilities. However, we will act upon your deletion request promptly and your account will be set to 'Pending Deletion'. If you wish to remove any personal information, we would advice you to do so before making the request as your account will be not accessible to you after your status is set to pending deletion.

Once you are on pending deletion, your account will be fully deleted after six months. If you wish to return to the forum before your account is deleted, you need to contact the HELPDESK and request to have your account reinstated. If not, you need to wait until your account is fully deleted after six months which gives you the opportunity to create a new account and return to the forum.

If you change your mind and wish to again be part of our friendly forum community in the future, you are welcomed to re-register a new account (as long as your past account was not banned or would still be under suspension AND you announce to forum staff immediately via PM that you are a returning member that had previously been deleted.)

Members have the right to ask for their account to be put on Pending Deletion 3 times. After the 3rd time, a member must wait for 3 months before they can ask for their account to be reinstated. All requests will be handled through the helpdesk.

To request deletion simply send a PM (Private Message) to TonyB from the GPF account you are requesting deletion of. Alternatively, contact TommyD (Forum Owner) if you prefer.

Relayed or third party requests will not be honored (as we must have direct positive contact with the account holder to prevent miscommunication and unfortunate misunderstandings)


All public forum posts you have made before this request is fulfilled will remain part of the ongoing discussion and eventually the archival record here at GetPaidForum.com If there is any personally identifiable information contained within any of your prior past posts then we will be happy to either delete the particular post or edit the information out (at our option, as time permits, within reasonable workload limits) upon a request containing the URL of the post and the information you are concerned about.
