General Guideline
The overall rules of the forum apply to this folder. In addition to the overall rules, please make a note of the following as well.
(1)This folder has been created for the use of members to post complaints, irrespective of the type of program (it can be free to join or programs that needs an investment).
(2) Discussions, asking questions is allowed in this folder. Please ensure to keep overall rule # 1 in mind when taking part in this area.
