Referral exchange is good, but I think better go to downline builder

I think Referral exchange is the best way to get Active referrals. In all the other forms of gaining referrals, it might be hard to find active referrals.

Yep, referral exchange defiantly is a good way to actives, I have had good success with them it in the past.

Referral exchange is good for active referrals like what you need for PTC's and GPT's. The downline builder is good for referrals to programs like free to sign up, stuff that you only need them to sign up and that's it. That's from my own opinion and experience.
