In the rules for "praises and applause" it says >> (2) Please refrain from posting continuous congratulations to bump the topic to the front page of the folder. Such continuous congratulation posts will be deleted and the member contacted for bumping threads.
Does this mean i can't say well done to the people who receive payments? Have done this with ptctalk.com/forums for a while but am unsure by the meaning of these rules. Does it mean bumping your own payment proof posts or does it mean other peoples posts aswell. Can someone confirm what this means as i wouldn't want to get may account deleted. thnx

This means that you are not allowed to "bump" your own thread. You shall not post continuously on your own thread to move it to the Top so everyone can see. Any more doubts?

Any other mod confirm this to be sure?

Hello

Essentially yes, but it also applies to those trying to boost their post count. I believe (but could be wrong) that the posts in that folder DO count toward post totals (unlike Chit Chat, Introduce Yourself etc.) and therefore continually posting 'congrats' etc. are not deemed to be 'valid' quality posts.
