Start using YouTube to get traffic to your site. I've gotten over 500 visitors from them in last month. It's free to use. You can't beat it.

Heres how I make my videos. I downloaded Cam Studio (free just do a search online) and I do video reviews of websites by talking into my mic as cam studio records my computer actions. How easy is that? Then just upload them and any your good to go. Remember to include your sites url in your video so people know how to get there once theyve viewed your video.

I have used YouTube for many years and agree with you. I don't know why more marketers don't use it.

You can also use http://jingproject.com free to produce videos of your desktop and if you upgrade for $14.95 a year it's well worth it.

You use it online, so there is no software to download.

Not only that, but if you mix a few straight tutorials with no motive other than to share knowledge in with your recruiting videos, they will all get more traffic.

I agree, a friend advice me to use it and it did great, Youtube really helps a lot in attracting more traffic on my blogs.
