I read in the forum rules that it is not allowed to promote programs that have been censored by the forum. However, after numerous searches and much exploring, I haven't found a list of these programs. Further, in the signature rules, it says:
"5.5 You are not allowed to promote any sites that are actively recruiting members that have been cited as using malicious code on and of the sites pages with the intention to cheat and/or steal."

Where can I find out what sites have been censored and/or have such an intention as mentioned? Thanks for you help!

In these forum The only site which are censored here are globa1friendsonline and thats beccause admin here do not want same site like getpaidforum. and if their is some other site which are running bad contents included in someone's signature Only Mod can remove that site.
