I have been trying to figure this thing our for a month now.
If anyone could help me, Please do so.
I have downloaded and installed NLNP40W and afterwards my browser pops up and
says...installation complete, to begin your new way of searching, open a new
browser window....
Each time I try to type in...
my account ....it takes me to a search page, it does not seem to be
working. If there is someone who can contact me and help, it would be GREATLY
appriciated.
I am running Win98, with IE 6.0 and also using Netscape 7.0.2
I have 700 mgh and 384 of Ram.

Hi Bobbie,

Are you running any type of Spyware blocker? While I don't think the plug-in is technically spyware, it does show up on Spybot due to the fact that it replaces (that's not a very good descriptive word but I can't think of anything better) the search function of IE and Netscape.

If you do have a spyware blocker you may try to disable it before installing the plug-in.

There's a section on the igetnet website that may help you:

http://www.igetnet.com/IGNSupportHelp.asp

I did see on the igetnet website that they are recommending that you use Windows 98 Second Edition, so if you are using the older version it may not work.

I'm definitely not a pro but this may work for you. If not, send an email to support@igetnet.com and they should be able to fix it for you.

Good Luck!

I am not using any type of spyware.
I was running WinXP, and I couldn't get it to work with that,s o I went back to Win98, and yep, it is 2nd edition, and now I can't get it figured out.
Ever had one of those feelings, you can't win for losing? LOL!
Thanks for the info, I will e-mail iget support.
