There are many PTC programs out there. You may want to try a Google search. I really can't be of direct help. I don't use PTC sites that much because other types of sites pay so much better.

Is the OP asking about PTC sites? It's really confusing and vague.

Yes, you are understanding it in right way. Just need to post a code into your site. Banner views in lots of way like 468*60, or in leatherboard forum or in form of full page.

But the most important thing is does the program paying... I checked many ptr sites and I find out cpm-traffic.com , easycpm.com and many many more... But I don't know does they paying, minimums are high (10-15$)...

which one of these pays the best for impressions and not clicks? I tried CPMAds and it pays $1/1000 clicks and 3cents/1000 impressions. That's pretty hard.
