I tried to deposit some money into my account via Alertpay, but I receive this error "We're sorry,this seller's account does not permit selling online.Account upgrade is required."

I've seen some posts on the forum where others have deposited via Alertpay before, so I just wanted to let you know in case there was a problem.

Were you attempting to deposit money into your account or use one of the buttons to get an upgrade? You did nothing wrong, it's probably something at my end and if i knew what you wee trying to do, I could make it happen for you.

OK. In that case, send the money to the same account as a separate transaction rather than using the plugin and I'll manually credit your account. If you post here after you do it, I won't have to wait for an email as I refresh this page every 5 minutes looking for new poasts and will be able to get it done for you almost as quickly as if the plugin did it for you.

What is the AlertPay email address? I don't get far enough to actually get it.

A payment of $15.72 would be for a deposit of $14.76 which I will add when you tell me your username. Just when I "think" my thought proceesses are working, something like this happens and my memory shows how poorly it works.

I was going to buy an ad and got the same result.

The ad was PTP Link Only Ad to 5000 (US/UK/CA only). - $2.31

Is $2.31 the full amount or is there any additional charge?

I'm guessing this was an ad from the outside advertisers' page? If so, send the money for the ad to support@tesasteamails.com and put a check in the box on site that says you've already made payment and all should go through and the ad will be published within 24 hr.
