Can you tell me how to earn money from the iste?

my thoughts exactly... was thinking of joining a long time ago but didn't think u could earn much with it(cept for refs)

The owner sends out an email when he puts up cash prize pages in rotation. Last week it was everyday. You don't need to surf a certain number of sites to win, it depends on your luck. If you get to surf right after he puts the prize up, you can win something very often like every 20 pages. The other day I got two $1s and two $0.75s and I didn't even surf 100 pages yet!

Today there's a surfing competition. If you surf 1,300 pages, you should be able to earn something. He said he would give $100 to those who surf the most. The site has a surfing limit of 1,300 pages so if you surf 1,300 pages, you'll share that $100. He also said that if there will be many who share that $100, he will give $2 extra to everyone who surf 1,300.

How can I know I earn some cash? Do I have to click the link to claim it?

Yes you need to click a link to claim it. It's a page, not on the surf bar.

If you surf many tabs, you can notice the header would be Traffic Taxis -

I surfed only 126x pages yesterday. I cant reach 1300 pages in time.

Dont think there are cash links these day. I got $0.28 the first day. No more.

I got like $4ish from surfing 1300 pages for two days so it was $5ish including the $1 bonus. They sometimes have $0.5 for surfing 1000 pages and $0.7 for surfing 1300 pages.

I'll try and get time to check out that site later, but I'm just wondering what the minimum cash out request is, and where do they pay? Looks like PayPal from your screen shot, but I just want to confirm.

I have since joined up, and it's addicting! I've won hundreds of text links, banner ads, and free credits, as well as $0.42 in cash prizes over the last two days. I just reached my 1300 limit, so now it's off to my other Traffic Exchanges.

Royal Surf is another fun one to use, every 12 pages surfed you get the bonus game, here you complete a simple quest. Find coins along to way and earn more credits once the quest is finished. Even if you get defeated by the creature you are supposed to slay, you still earn bonus credits Also, sure 50 sites each day, and you can earn an entry for the weekly 1000 credit prize.
