This was isolated to the local Comcast system. This was not viewed on Dish Network or Directv nor KVOA over the air. Also I know for a fact here in Baltimore we have Comcast and nothing here nor on over the air WBAL-TV station. This sounds to me like someone did something at the local Comcast in AZ as a joke. I hope they find out why this happened.
