I have a bearded dragon. They are the most awesome pets ever. They actually crave affection from their owners, they are so easy to care for and they have such cute mannerisms. They are also breeded totally in captivity as Australia won't allow them to be imported anymore, so they are born to be with humans.

Hermit crabs are pretty awesome pets. I'm getting a baby boa soon lol

I caught crabs from a hermit once. I had to wash everything in my house. And then I had to come up with a reason for my wife. I told her I thought my bipolar disorder was presenting with OCD and I needed to see my doctor to review my medication.

well my son had 2 hermit crabs once he dropped them on the floor by accident someone told me that they can die like that one nipped me

Yup, I have hermit crabs. About fifty of them give or take. The coral banded shrimp eats the ones that are not careful. Two different kinds of hermits live in our 15 year old, 100 gallon reef tank, blue and red leg. They eat the green yukky stuff off the rocks. We also have an octopus, puffer fish, and ten large piranhas that all have their own tanks. Many coi and gold fish for the ponds in the back yard.

My daughter had one once and we read somewhere that they lick being in bunches rather than alone. So after awhile we bought ours a friend. Well the friend decided he wanted the first one's shell/home.
He almost killed him for it. They woke us up in the middle of the night, I could hear a tiny but strong noise like a small toy would make when u wind it to much. Crazy! We had to separate them.
Those creatures take some special care.

I got one back when I was in Girl Scouts. It died early off because I didn't know how to take care of it. I have 2 African Clawed frogs. I consider frogs to be exotic because I don't know of many people with them. Actually, I'm the only one with them from all of the people I know.

well my kids had hermit crabs at school and they brought it home and it was dropped a couple of times but the hermit crab died my kids did have a hermit crab that i brought and i brought a couple of times but they all died so i stop buyiing them.
one time a hermit crab nipped me not all arelike that but this one that nipped me it really hurt me.
they are cool i like the look of them they are cute.
