I have a site and sell Iranian Handicrafts. I need use of Paypal third party, but it seem they need add creadit cart and Bank account! do you know can I use of this third party without add my creadits or no? ( I live in Iran and can't open visacart or international Bank account because our country is in boycott!).

Yes you can open it but there are some limits. These are

1) You cannot send or receive more than $500 from your account to another account.

2) You cannot accept more than 5 debit or credit card payments per year.

3) You cannot withdraw money as you live in a banned country.



So if you open a PayPal account, you can only use it for online purchasing of services and products.

I need understand can I use of Pay pal "BUY NOW" Buttons in my site without account limitation for didn't adding my Credits?

Certainly yes. You can use all other features that PayPal offers including buttons.

But remember you are limited.
