Bought a T Mobile flex phone in October they force you to pay for 1st month service when buy online then they never credit that to there billing system so they double bill you for it. Faxed over all proof of them doing it they applied credit to only reverse it. 5 hours on phone wasted. I removed my credit card info and got me a pay as you go phone from best buy. They ripped off wrong person.

Yea, I got sick of T-mobile's BS so I switched to AT&t (Cingular) and I'm much happier.

I went with Verizon all my family use them. Only use it 10 - 20 mins a month so waste of my time to have to spend 2-3 hours a month to fix there sorry computer system. I be calling daily until they remove the feature where have to prepay for 1st month owe that to people who going to buy online in future. Like I said they ripped off wrong person.

Yes, as long as you don't go with TracPhone you'll be ok. TracPhone (spelling?) is a big rip off (in my humble opinion) Their rates are outrageous (DOUBLE or TRIPLE normal rates.) Their phones are standard models CUSTOM ORDERED and HARD WIRED not to be able to be switched to different carriers (such as the rest are.)

T-Mobile does suck, I use to have it I was so happy when the contract ended, now I have Verizon & love it They have a great unlimited txt plan for the whole fam for just $30/month

I never had an issues with T-Mobile, they always treated me good with free phones and free bonus minutes.

In my country isnt T-mobile but is a partner with T-Mobile named Orange. THey have good services

T-mobile if I can remember right is the provider of Virgin Moble's network in the UK.

T-Mobile doesn't offer very good service in my area. On a scale of 1-5, Verizon and AT&T are a 4-4.5, T-Mobile is a 3 and Sprint is like 2.5 (I think it's all the mountains *shrug*)

But I have friends who have T-Mobile and they really like it.

T-Mobile has the worst network range of any phone company. Their signal strength is very poor and it's very difficult to get service. ATT or Verizon is the way to go.

I have never gone with T-mobile, but sprint ripped me off big time. I had bought a phone from them and had it for about 2 1/2 months before they disconnected it because they said that my bill was not payed. I sent them a copy of my bank statement and everything else that they told me that they needed. Needless to say my phone never got turned back on and they decided that they wanted to screw me even more by adding on a early termination fee.

Signed into a contract with T-Mobile once before, and never again will I do a contract with them...ever.

Ohh man, i read that post on the t-mobile-virgin mobile connection. I didnt know that, for sure i have been ripped off beyond belief from Virgin mobile,and I told them " You don't credit me my minutes, I am going to leave your company and not recommend you" well and here i am..Not recommending them. THEY SUCK!

as for t-mobile they have a number for corporate if you want to call and complain to the head of all of them it works especially if you tell them you are contacting an attorney for breach of contract of services and fraud against them for not supplying the services you paid for.
as for the tracphone comment above they are contracted through verizon for tower usage so verizon calls to tracphones are free.

What is the number for T-Mobile Corporate? Ive been looking that for days but only find a Mailing Address
