I am the kind of person that even if the site a a bit of debt, or has a bad name, I like to try and turn it around and pay the members what is owed. I do not run a ptr, but, I would like to.. Any ideas of a script that I can buy at a low price for now.. I have checked cash crusader, but, i dont have the funds yet for that.. christmas is killing me, lol

Best script for ptr is cash crusader. because if you got any problem you will surely get support. other script I know is myptr script. It is sold by scottdalehosting.com. it will just cost you 19$ but does not support latest version of mysql and php.
