I was making payouts tonight exactly like I always do.

I click the paypal link next to the member's earnings, and pay, while it auto-deducts the member's account.

But when I got to this one member, things went strange.
When I get to paypal, it tries to add a shipping/handling fee:

I tried closing it out and starting over, but same thing.

I know I can manually log in to paypal and pay this member, but I'm just trying to figure out if the auto feature in my script has gone wonkers.

Has anyone ever had this problem?

Under Accounting click Account balance report (cash)

Put whatever range you want in the boxes to find members to pay. I put 3 in the left box, because I am looking for members with at least a $3 balance.

Then push the Report button and let the page load.

Now look in the column Pay Type

Paypal and egold will be highlighted (but only for the members who have filled out their info).

When you click those highlighted links, it autodeducts the member's account, and takes you to Paypal or egold with all the info filled in for you.

All you have to do is fill in your paypal or egold password and submit and the member is paid!

John is such a genius!

That's strange and I haven't had that happen, I use that feature all the time. The only thing I can remotely think of is maybe you have accidently added a processing fee in your commision settings. It's a long shot buy you may want to check your commission settings in your site settings area.

I did check commission settings.
The strange thing is, that only happens with that one member.
I'm still paying the other members using the auto-feature, and it works just fine.
But that ONE member, when I click paypal next to their username, it tries to add the s&h fee.

If it's just that one member then maybe it's a paypal thing.
