Avoid any message that says "You look just awesome in this new movie." By playing it, it will ask you to update your flash player, the update being the virus. So be weary of anything on Facebook that asks you to install a new version of flash.

I got a message today or yesterday to update my flash player. Not at Facebook.Is there a new and legitimate update out there recently ??

If you're going to download an update - do it straight from the source - I'm not sure if there is one.

But re: facebook - I'm just happy I'm okay - I have a Mac so it didn't do anything ... I was so stupid clicking the link! bj.gif

I am also ok with facebook.. but I upgraded my flash with no viruses..
