Today statistics is normal and hits are valid.
Could you turn my PTP option on, please.

Iris does not come to this support forum. My ptp was suspended since February, due to high amount of invalids from a highly respected program, bots, and dear lady has never unsuspended it, in spite of many messages, support messages.. She simply does not reply to any question here since February.

This is a special program owner, who has a support folder here on the forum, but is too lazy to come and read. I suggest to check the thread in General discussions thread. There are warning banners in most of programs, to warn the members she is not paying every member, but only the chosen ones. Go and read it.
