I checked ... there's one post on a help forum that says use CC Cleaner and Trojan Remover and run msconfig
or if you're on XP you can restore, unless it hit that area

Please check on it. If this is punching through on a protected computer, it'll rain havoc on not so lucky other members. She really didn't have much of a chance to get more information and is having major trouble with her computer.
