I check world clock, weather, map, surf internet, youtube, mail and use calculator are great features.

You need to download iTunes from apple.com site to sync your PC with iPod Touch, if you want to sync only music and pics you can use Winamp and http://www.mlipod.com/ It support also iPod Touch but I don't know which features.
