I received this message when I requested cashout... moreover 2 paid Sign-Ups have not been credited...

I was paid instantly once.

But I haven't received any paid mails from them in a very long time

i received that message to yesterday - and havent received payment yet?!

i mailed them earlier today -- but it seems like their egold account might be empty?

I don't know what was wrong, we had enough
on e-gold :S.

Sometimes it happens because another spend
was in progress, and sometimes because the
account has a balance limit.

All pending payment are paid-out again and i
tried to pay myself out and that's worked without
a problem, so i gues it's solved now.

I got that error message a couple of days ago and straight after went to the e-gold site and couldn't get access to it so perhaps e-gold themselves had a bit of unexpected downtime?

though I did get the money in my account next time I checked

Yes, i suppose that was why people couldn't get paid out.



We are trying to do our best and send as many e-mails as we can. We sent out an e-mail yesterday with the new (lower) advertising prices, so we hope to get as many advertisers as possible. There are a lot paid-signups available, so in the meantime you can earn some money with that. But we are working on the e-mails!



We'll you don't have to worry that you don't get your money, we are absolutely NO scam! Kasper answers all e-mails, he was on a little vacation but is now back again. Maybe that's why you didn't received a reply right away, sorry for that.

I've been a member of your program since the beggining of the month (loved the concept outright), it seems my timing was as "good" as usual and joined just as you were going through a dry spell.

In the 3 weeks I've been in I've made exactly $0.04 (I don't go much for signups, but will have a look at what is there), and I was thinking of cashing out and unsubbing, but I've heard only good things about the site, so I'll hang on and sweat it out...

Hope things take a turn for the better.
