Sitepoint.com or v7n.com could be a good choice as well as there are thousands of webmasters that visit them weekly. Although they (v7n) would require you to be a member first with a minimum number of posts before you can post on their marketplace.
I think the best place to sell anything is Ebay. You will be selling to a market of tens of millions so the odds are better you will get a buyer if you sell there.
Sitepoint is the best place to do that. Which site do you want to sell anyways?

I have to agree, SitePoint is by far the best place to list and sell websites. DigitalPoint would be second on my list.
