This site is a REAL cheat site! I signed up and the stated $5.00 sign up bonus was put into my account. In 3 weeks I have NEVER receive even one e-mail and when I go to the site there are NO paid links. Now I find that the original $5.00 has been reduced to $3.48. I have attempted to contact them numerous times and received only one response...today...telling me that he/she sends out regular mailings. I HAVE RECEIVED NONE! This site is a crook and a cheat! BEWARE!!!!

Just because they havent replied to your email doesnt mean anything, just imagine how many mails they may have recived from members about this, it is likely something is wrong. Give it time I expect we may see a mail about this in the next 24-48 hours

Okay...I have waited as you suggested and there is STILL nothing going with this site. Free Money Mail is obviously nothing more than a scam. Advertisers should beware!

if you are that site sends an email ALMOST everyday.. I have earned over 32 dollars from that site with ref earnings and personal earnings.. They arent a scam as far as im concerned.

Yes there is never any ptcs but they make up for it in emails

check your email adress or email them asking if your email adress bounces and give them an alternitve adress

I agree but something is up my sign up bonus is adrift and have not recived a reply to my email, granted its only been 48 hours ( roughly ) and so the last email I reived a $0.06 email has not shown on my account......

I've been getting mails. I have no sign up bonus showing and my total earnings seem a little higher than they should, but I don't see anything that would suggest this is a scam JUmping kind of fast to that conclusion I think. maybe you should check your email address.

I have been getting emails too. However, my earnings do not make sense nor is the $5.00 sign-up bonus there.

Ok i will let you know whats happened here. I have been sending anti cheat links lately some of you may have been caught out by this.

If you are the owner of this site, I have unsubscribed because you would not respond to my inquiries nor would you send out any mailings with links nor would you have any links on your site to click on. Your answer is totally bogus as far as I'm concerned. I signed up on your site under one name and one name only. You have not even sent an anti-cheat link to me.

Ok the only other thing it could be is that your email bounced (and beware 3 bounces and i dont delete you i debit your accounts by a charge)

Your answer is absolutely not true. The one message you did send me got through without any problem at all. If mails from you were bouncing then NOTHING would have made it through. Your are a scammer and potential members should avoid your site! !

When you have an email account that does bounce sometimes sometimes messages will get through but a lot of time they dont!!

You are the only one who has ever complained about this program i always pay i send daily paid emails

So for god sake just leave it alone everyone else is very happy with it its just you

1/ I use lycos mail for my ptr programs and has 15mb cap, I have never gone over 10%. No where on site does it state that if an email bounces your sign up bonus will be removed.

2/ my sign up bonus has gone but my personal earnings are only $2.03 yet I have a total balance of $5.51 so where has this extra money come from if I have a sign up bonus of $0.00.

3/ no reply to my email.

4/ I have seen one cheat link, which I have not clicked. If a cheat link is clicked it does not explain why my sign up bonus is removed and yet there is $3.48 in my account with no log for it.

5/ I stand by the fact I have never clicked a cheat link in any of my programs.

If this is the case I would like to see the 3 copies of the bounced emails as no other webmaster/mistress from the 35 program I belong have EVER made a complaint about a bounced mail.

I also say you should admin the accounts better, if you have removed the sign up bonus for this reason why is there $3.48 showing in my account with no log, why do you not debit the "charge" with a reason on the account.

There are actualy 3 people complaining, as you have no advertised support folder and there is no support for free money mail on this forum how do you not know there are more ?, you have not replied to my email .... why ? did it bounce ?

And no one is disputing the claim you pay or send emails, what is at dispute is the missing sign up bonus from our accounts and the fact you do not reply to emails.

I agree with the majority of the people! You do get emals daily from this program! SInce I have recently joined, I can't comment on the cashing out part! I will say that I did email the webmaster once and did not get a response. However, the problem that the email was about , was fixed and ultimately that is what matters.

I still belong to this program and will continue too!

Me and a very handy know it all friend have tracked down prob!!

Signup bonus: an error in the script has left it off but it is still there just not under signup bonus. But apparently there is nothing we can do

Missing earnings: Some how a link got into the system caused a massive problem to all accounts and all accounts are missing $1.10 + referral earnings now there isnt a lot i can do BUT i will try and find some extra advertisers to make up

I just want to say as stated in the other posts I did not call your or any other of your programs a scam and never brought into question your payment or email history as at no time have I had a problem with this.

I know this isn't my problem, but why can't you fix it? Aren't you the webmaster? Isn't it your job to go through all of the accounts and correct this if necessary? I know other webmasters who are GREAT webmasters that go through each and every account if necessary. Take Gyspy Dad for example, he and Gypsy Mom are both going through all their accounts and I am sure they have more then 1950 accounts. No one says it has to be done right now, and I think everyone would understand that it takes time. AND, I am not saying you should have no life, but even if you only fixed 10 accounts a day it would only take you a few months to complete.

I am just wondering why you are only willing to come up with some high priced avertising to cover this when you have already been paid for the advertising that is no longer in these peoples' accounts. I think that
someone is double dipping and it's not the members and it's not the advertisers.

This is not an attack, but an observation and I would be more then happy to listen to any of your explanations.

Your excuses continue to get more and more lame. No e-mails to my address have bounced. I belong to over 30 other PTC/PTR sites and have NEVER had any problems. Your problem is being honest. I do not regret unsubscribing from your site.

Not only GypsyDad & Mom, but what about Barbara & Christy, fixing all those accounts at EasyMoneyMail? I'm sure that was a job and a half, plus I'm SURE they have a ton of members...yet they fixed them.

Just an observation, as I'm not a member, but it's coming across that you don't want to be bothered with fixing accounts. It sure does sound like a big job, but other WM's do it, why can't you?

Wow-talk about tough time finding a thread! Don't get to this forum for a day and WHAM everythings moved!

Ok-again, I know this isn't my problem but how will a few 5 cent solos make up for $1.10 and referral earnings? We have all slammed Evelyn and toasted quite a few webmasters for not being honest, stealing members and auctioning them and not paying. How is this different?

Basically, I have decided to start parring down on all my PTR and concentrating on the ones that treat their members well and pay well. And at this point Chris, I am not sure your programs would be one I would save.

Since Chris has said several times that only one person has ever had a problem not hearing back from him or receiving email, then I am #2.

Chris, you might want to

1) add a support forum so this stuff can be handled at the site and quickly,

2) send an email out to the members about the problems AND, better yet, put a permanent note on member earning pages that tells us why the $5.00 sign up bonus is not there, a note on the earnings page about why earnings are off, something to cover the bases and keep your members in-the-know

3) Check if the link to contact you via the website is working since I emailed you about stats being off on May 30, again on June 4th and again on June 9th.

PLEASE don't tell me my email is bouncing.... I AM receiving emails from FreeMoneyMail so either you did not receive emails via the website contact form (which is more likely...) OR you don't reply to emails. I have no filters on my email account and receive your program emails just fine.

Putting some info on your site would be pretty simple AND would really benefit the members that make up this program... And that way you won't get emails from people asking about the earnings errors.... Seems like a simple solution to me.

As far as not being able to manually change the 1,000 + members bonus/earnings, there are several programs that have upwards of 10,000 members and when errors have occured, what did they do? Change the earnings, by hand..........

Chris, be in touch with your members, start a forum, put some info on the earnings page, something so that it feels like you are as active as your members are with your program.

OH, BY THE WAY....

After reading the info on cashing out, I found TWO amounts.... one says cashout is $25.00 and the other says $37.00. Now I know I need new glasses, so tell me if I need to visit my doc but otherwise, uh, which is it?
