There is a large thread about this topic in the xray-cash support folder. Seems a lot of people are not getting paid.

I do agree with you that some PO's seem to get by with not paying for a longer period of time than others. I another site I am in that seems to have stoped paying but nobody seems concerned. But the PO is a well known member of this forum and so nobody seems to be concerned or is demanding to know what is going on. Go figure.

Owner can change terms at any time and without our agree. So absolutely no matter pay they within "terms" or not.

Seems the site is getting back on its feet. Ads process fast, and payouts are beeing done a few times a week now (it was once a month earlier). My early may payout got refunded too, and I got an email and an admin message explaining. Redeemed through the new payout plugin and are awaiting my first payout now.

I joined XRay some time ago but very soon after I had joined my Upline PMed me saying that as the site became less trustable, they wouldn't be disappointed if I was not very active.

So I simply watched since I joined, clicking or sending the PTP out here and there but not really focusing on being very active.

What is interesting is that some people really think Xray is going down, they have to wait for ages to be paid, they think everyone should be told that it is becoming a scam, that the PO is not there anymore whereas others see positive things, improvements in the management or are paid and post about it.

Personally I like reading all different opinions and experiences and it helps me a lot when deciding if I am going to be active/supportive or not.

As for those who don't posta complaint, maybe not many people complain about Xray because the PO being not around, they think it's a waste of time as the PO won't read what they complain about anyway, or maybe they think it's too late, they have already written off Xray

Some people believe that because the signs of a sinking site are in front us.The owner is not communicating with members and way behind in payouts.

In my opinion,resetting pending payments is just another way to delay payments.Or maybe the PO really is trying to play catch up.A few payments every few days wont do anything more than dig a bigger hole for pending payments.

Not necessarily; from what I've seen a LOT depends on the PO's reputation as to whether they are hung out to dry or not. I can think of one other "popular" site off the top of my head that is outside of the terms for payment and no one seems to be making a fuss about it.

Which site do you mean? Earnbymails hasn't paid my 48 days old request yet, while the ToS say 30 days. No admin message explain this and I don't find any complaints.

Payingcash also once had a payment trouble with so many members requested payout. Remy canceled all request and asked to re-request it. And he could handle, paid all of them (at least 2 requests of mine were paid fast after the trouble).

Three of them is quite "popular" site, with well-known POs in GPF. I hope earnbymails and xray will join payingcash with his nice handling soon.

I know that Remy has had issues in the not so recent past, but as you said they no longer seem to be an issue.

The site that I was referring to was HSSS. I requested my first ever cashout on 4/29, and I'm still waiting. To be fair, there are updates posted in their forum about where things stand currently but it seems to be a slow process. I'm gonna redeem what's in my cash balance now and leave as soon as I get paid.

I just requested another cashout on x-ray, and will more than likely leave that one upon being paid too. The way I see it is there are way too many sites that are paying to mess around with ones that aren't.

To X-Ray's credit, the site does appear to be getting back on track. I was just paid today less than one month from request. That makes my second X-Ray payment in 30 days; The previous time from request to being paid was about ten weeks, so there does seem to be some progress on that front. Now, I sympathize with those still waiting for payout - my getting paid doesn't make you feel a bit better (and maybe worse), but it does show signs of progress.

I've also been in way too many programs that got behind and never caught up again (indeed, most times a ptr gets behind, it doesn't ever catch up). X-Ray, at this point, does not appear to be following that trend.

PO of xray-cash now paying every member. and ads are also processing very fast. You can check their been paid page. Their is various payment made on 25 june. So I hope That will not be another PO like Gene or Nickelsbyemail.

Yep, it can make many members feeling worse, as I know some of them who have requested in November last year. I have requested at the beginning of May, so waiting for almost 2 months.
If you were paid twice in 30 days, something stinks, as the payment queue should be respected and those who have been waiting for more than 6 months should be paid FIRST.
So, IMHO, this is not correct and if you and a few other members that have requested recently have been paid, means not a serious step, as we don't know why most members are left to be paid (or not paid) maybe never, and some like you have been paid even twice in 30 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My ptp liks have been suspended in March, due to many invalids from a bot, at a serious program. I have sent several support tickets, left messages in the support folder in this forum, but nothing.

Affiliate page stats were left to accumulate for about 3 months, then they were zeroed out. But nothing was ever added to my account for those months.

Well, I am a bit shocked about the comments about X-Ray. I'm a member for more than one year now, and never had problems with my ads or never had my ptp suspended. Can't speak for payouts as i never requested in all that time 'cause i wanted to save up for an upgrade. But 3 weeks ago i decided for an Point-Upgrade at XRay and requested my $$ . The payout quue (? wrong spelling ?!) dropped constantly since my request, it started at 120 and now i have 52 in front of me - i call this progress. And for the reasons why Iris (guess that's the owner right ?) is not answering or explaining herself - there were at least two admin messages (if i remember correctly) the past 2 months saying that she has lots of work in reallife and that the site is far from having financial problems but the opposite.


I don't know if you know why Joanne from EarnByMails isn't around much, but i recall an admin message which explains .... and the reason is very personal. But paul is doing a great job in handling ad redemptions and other stuff. So i'd suggest you ahould be a bit patient with EBM or at least read their admins now and then - again, i recall at least two admins from not long ago explaining a lot.

I am the one who requested in November 2007 and about 4 days ago my payment was returned to my account and I rec'd a support reply that my request had likely been lost.

well duh...if it was lost then once it was found why not pay it.

I wrote 3 or 4 support tickets in the 7 months following my request and they were all ignored other than them asking for my user name ( which was in the support form ) and then to tell me my payout was returned.

So...after 7 months I am now rejoining the line.What bothers me even more is this is not the first time.

We have already heard the "I am busy in the real world" story and this is simply a repeat so IMO whether she catches up or not I would be very wary of it happening again.

The fact that she handles any issue by completely ignoring it is not a quality I would like to see accepted.

Re: suspended ptp links: I had many credits there, as those 2 links I advertised more than others, in all my aff. pages, in all my programs, buying expensive clicks from tiers 1 and 2 only (the other link). A lunatic from tier one, at the respected site, gave me hundreds of invalids and both links have been suspended. With all my credits and cash. The same thing happened with my 2 other ptp links of other programs, but when I explained the cause to the webmasters, they understood (even recorded the IP's again from tier 1 of one good program) and unsuspended my ptp links. Iris doesn't reply to support tickets, and my 2 links are still suspended. How about that?

Just to add, I am glad some members got paid, but payments should be done faster, if she says the financial part is excellent, and the queue should be respected. Not by paying some chosen ones, and leave ordinary members waiting and causing anger.

Maybe you call a full month as "not long ago", but for me it's quite a long time. I don't think EBM kinda short of e-gold as they use an exchanger.

The site newly paid out around 40 members. I am not worried in the least.
Meanwhile, the place is a total hurricane for me as an advertiser. I can get more than 1000 clicks processed inside 2 days.

Even IF she does pay eventually do you find her treatment of members acceptable? She disappears for a couple months -then re-appears to tell everyone she is busy and her friends are going to take care of things- then disappears again.

During all this time many members had problems and she refused to answer anyone...completely ignoring any support requests.

Payments were running a few months behind ( mine SIX months) and yet "some" were being paid 2 and 3 times.

Now she re-appears again and cancels MOST payouts. ( a few are not affected by most of this and have been paid 2 and 3 times during this farce) "almost" everyone has to request again and start with a few hundred in front of them.

and----all this is acceptable because some had no problem requiring support so it didn't affect them....or they are willing to wait because she is paying "now".

What about next time. How can anyone trust a PO whose reaction to being busy IRL is to simply hide for months and ignore everyone...

Would you accept that in the real world. If I owed you money and promised to pay but instead hid and ignored you for months would that be OK?

I'm not a member at x-ray cash - I tried to join a few months ago, but never could get my information to process for some reason.

Anyway, as far as the payout problems go, perhaps she is paying the smaller payments first. That might explain why someone was paid twice, it makes the queue go down faster (in appearances anyway), and gives the PO a group who can honestly say they have been paid. It leaves the larger payouts (which get larger as time goes by) to sit and wonder if they will ever get paid.

If that is the case, then I'd surmise that finances were indeed a problem, otherwise there would be no reason to go out of the queue.

Having members waiting for 6 months or more while others are paid several times is very indicative of problems.

IMHO, I would say the site appears to be in trouble. I would not join now and am glad I didn't join before.

I have no idea why the owner canceled your payout requests. The only thing i know is that my request is still there allthough the queue stopped moving, it's still "52 in front of you" for a couple of days now. Maybe it is like roadrunner says, she pays smaller amounts first, and saves up the big cashouts for later when she is more fluid, cashwise ?! If that's the case then it is unfair of course. What a coincidence. I suppose the same T1/2 lunatic ruined my ptp clicks at Madam's Money about 2 weeks ago and gave me 200 invalid clicks from an T1/2 ad i had at Deep-C. I wrote Vicky from Deep-C a ticket and she renewed my ad and promised to track the clicks from this ad - what a great WM she is ! Of course it is a pity that not all WMs are "Vickys". I never ticketed Iris because i never had to, so i can't comment on that behaviour either.

I really feel for those of you who are having such bad issues with the site. I am so glad that this thread came to this section of the forum because I would of been clueless because (like most non members I'd think) I don't keep up with support folders of sites I don't belong to. I'll be sure not to join Xray-Cash.

To each their own but I don't understand those who stand behind a site that is having such issues just because they've been paid. I could see if it was a few select people having issues...well maybe I could see. You (as in members standing behind the site in question) better believe that if there's all kinds of issues as posted above, you could be the next "victim". Then those who've BTDT aren't going to want to hear your complaints when it's your turn to experience what they have. I wish everyone the best of luck to not be "burned" by this site but I know from personal experience...once you get behind in bills and what not, it's very hard to get caught up. I would think in the PTR world it's even harder unless the PO works other programs and pays out of pocket, which some have been known to do.

As far as i can see only EGold accounts are affected ... correct me if i'm wrong. The misery is that Isris doesn't react on queries. Either the contact plugin (and the EGold processor plugin) is buggy, or she has something to hide.

I requested payout 21 may and got paid on 17 June in egold.
It was never a problem with my request so I guess if it is a bug or something it doesn't seem to affect all request.

I requested on 5th of May. Then had to request again. Then she put the wrong e-gold number in my request, although it's been correct in my info.
I think that she has messed up everything, but especially e-gold members. Now, for the first time, my e-gold number was correct, but I am at the bottom of the queue, maybe due to that wrong account number she invented. No e-gold account has so many digits like mine had. Her ways of choosing who will be paid and who won't, are wrong and UNFAIR. Sorry, I requested 16 days before you did, and now am at the end of the queue. Belle is waiting for 7 months, so....this stinks.

I've been a member for a while now and have mixed feelings about the site. I get great ad results form the awesome members & my ads are processed very fast, but I am not happy about the support and payment issues.

How could your cashout be 40 days old, when most members, together with me, had their money refunded to their accounts and we had to request again less than 40 days ago???????????????????????????????????????? Puiawaa was mentioned in the support folder. Also noticed he was paid $144 some time ago... Btw: I requested early may, it got refunded and I requested again the 15 Jun, 2008 and got paid 28 Jun, 2008 (paypal).
