I moved to a new server earlier this month.
Now my members are not getting credited for their downlines' earnings. They were getting credited just fine before the move.
I use the Cash Crusader script.
Does anyone have a clue what the problem might be and how to fix it?

Have you done the rebuild downline stats? I don't think the link is in admin anymore so you may have to do it manually........IM me later be.gif

OH!
And have you checked in admin to make sure your member bonus %'s are still set correctly?

I don't know how to rebuild downline stats.
I've sent several paid links and 1 point link since I first posted this and I'm watching very closely.
The self earnings are going up, but downline earnings are staying exactly the same as they were.

I had that problem. The problem I had was the database name in the commision settings area weren't matching the correct name. Don't know, maybe that will help ya. aa.gif

I had this problem at Totallyduh.

First off keep in mind it takes a good 24 hours to 36 hours for referral earnings to be credited. Don't know why, but that is how it is.

To watch, go to your site admin and copy Total Downline Cash Earnings onto a notepad, put a time stamp on it and watch it for a day or two.

Now how I fixed my problem, I think anyways, cause it made no sense to me but it worked.

Go to your CPanel
Click on Advanced Menu
Click on MySQL databases

You should see the name of your database next to a delete button.

Copy that name. Then go to Site Admin
Click on Commission Settings
in the Database Name: past the name of the database you copied from the Cpanel (even if the name appears to be right, mine looked the same and I put off doing it for a few days cause it looked right, but for some reason when I copied/pasted the name, it worked).

Scroll to the bottom and save changes.

Then wait 24-36 hours to see if that solved your problems.

Hope it does,
Beckie

You may have been right about that one; the database name in cpanel, and the one in commission settings, did NOT match, so I changed the name in commission settings.
Now I will wait and see what happens.
Thank you very much!
