an average of +30 % credit defaults ! I mean 10% defaults would be acceptable, but 30% is awful !
Don't know whos GeoIp is lacking an update or why the results are that terrible, but i don't think i'll advertise nocs ptp again at Ivy.

As I know the high default ip ratio is because the geo ip database of PTP site(nocturnalemail.biz) is an older version. You can contact the wm of nocturnalemail to request him update his geoip database. You ad results will get better once the wm update the geoip data.

I think you can try another PTP site.
