I'm a member of TitanClicks. I have personally been paid by them, the last time being a few weeks ago via check through the mail. What I can tell you is this site has changed ownership recently so I don't know if the new owner will pay. I would think so because they spent "good" money buying the site. That could also be a downfall because they could be broke at the moment. There isn't much to click on at the moment. It's up to you whether or not you want to join. So far I haven't had a reason to leave the site. I have no experience with the other two sites mentioned.
