Has anyone has gotten their Xray support tickets answered recently ? Mine hasn't been answered since March and am testing to see if it'll help if I send them again... ?

I had sent a support message in January and a second on April 14/08.

I got a response yesterday from "Wil" but it was just to ask my user name...I had put it in brackets so guess it was confusing.

I sent a reply but havent heard again...

OMG, my xrayemails 1 year upgrade is no longer active even if only 1 months have passed since I've upgraded... I have 250points daily running... I will loose $10-15 if it will take 2 months to solve the problem (( Is this just a new technic to scam people or what? I can't wait to finish my ads at Xray's, get at least part of my money, and I'm gone...

It seems to work now, no relply from the webmaster so we don't know what happened, but at least it works again... strange...

Well, I redeemed $5 for 25.000 PTP views and some banner impressions. Banners were set up very quickly but the PTP views are missing. I sent a ticket to the support but there is no reply

must admit that, apart from my sig here, I no longer advertise this rubbish sitye, and once I receive money then I'm off.

I am almost oinactive as well - clicking one link a week or so just to keep my hand in.

Hey, Andy, how come you did change your mind once you were paid? i see your ads and banners in some programs.
The same lady has not paid me, although I received her false email, saying I was paid almost a month ago, what is a lie. And, she has never replied to any message, support messages, emails,. like I don't exsist. But she owes me much money.

I was trying to send a support ticket and it directed me here. Was on vacation mode, and have been off that fir 4 days and haven't gotten a single email.

She hasn't answered any support issues here since I believe it was February...

There has definitely been a few emails out so you should have gotten some...

Xray Cash is A Gonner I payed $1.5 and still haven't gotten a respose!

I have been waiting for any serious reply from iris or her helper since early March or late February. They are blind, mute, deaf and unscrupulous.
