I want to sell my paypal account because i don't have a valid CC and i can't spend the money in this account.
Now i have only 54c in this account. Who want my account? I want to sell it for eg or advertising.

I think even if you have no CC, you can send your money to another paypal account.

If ur account is a personal account, you can send money to other paypal accounts with no fees

You get to choice from a premier account or a personal account when you first sign up. You just choice personal account? Actually, maybe because you are an international user, you have to sign up as premier account? but now you sign up with a premier account, I don't think you can change it back to personal?

Because i'm in romania and i have friends in USA, i entered my friend adress, because paypal is not available for Romania. For paypal i'm from USA, and i don't remember what i choose at sign up. Pls excuse my poor english

It IS possible to send money with PayPal without a valid CC, but the maximum amount of money you can send is limited to $750 I believe. So 53 cents should be possible to send I guess

just so ya know, if you have a premiere PayPal account, there are fees to send (and maybe to receive?) funds...check FAQ at the site to be sure...but there ARE fees if you don't have a free account (which I do & Egold account too)

It is possible for an US unverified acct. But I dont think it is possible for an international unverified account.

Yes it is possible so send and receive funds for an unverified international account, and withdraw the money to your bank account.

But I think this doesn?t help you, since romania isn?t in that list.
