Anyone here that also has problems getting paid from Cosmicwealth? After redeeming my $10, I got a mail from them asking if I could send in my PayPal-id and after that I would be paid within 14 days. But those 14 days ended over two months ago now!!!! ah.gif I've e-mailed them several times, but they won't answer..... Also, since I redeemed, me and my downline aren't receiving e-mails anymore! This is sounding like a huge scam if you ask me, but I'm curious to hear your experiences with this program.

Thanks! be.gif

Yeah, waiting for a cashout myself!

Although after waiting for about a month, I was told that they are currently upgrading the site? SO I'll have to wait for my cash out. This is also the reason no paid emails have been sent out for a while.

The thing is, they seem to be taking a lot of time upgrading, plus they're not keeping the members up-to-date on whats happening ah.gif which will probs result in our downlines quitting the site!

Hmmm, if they're just upgrading the site like you said, why can't they put that in an e-mail and send that to me? I didn't know this at all! Maybe it's just to keep members silent for some time...... ae.gif

Took me nearly3 months to get paid but did eventually.

Had to write and post numerous times though before I got paid.

Well, when I redeemed, I got an e-mail from the webmaster asking for my PayPal-id and telling me that I should keep in mind that the whole payment procedure would last up to 14 days..... But that's well over two months ago now! am.gif

I got paid this month, about 30 days after the debit date mentioned in my account.

From out of the blue, I received my payment from them today! AND they have started sending out paid e-mails again. So far about three a day, so it seems like everything is working out after all..... be.gif

I was paid too, on June 1st (my third payment from them).
They are definitely up and running again ab.gif

ao.gif A little off the subject here.... Yes they are back ac.gif but check your earnings people, you aren't being credited 1 cent per email link clicked/search made...

example:

Date Clicks on links Your bid share
6/1/2003 4 $0.0192 <--- should be umm 4 cent??
6/2/2003 $0.0000
6/3/2003 $0.0000
6/4/2003 6 $0.0288 <--- should be umm 6 cent??
6/5/2003 5 $0.0240 <--- should be umm 5 cent??

Response from webmaster in reference as to why we aren't being credited properly...

You need to perform a search in order to be credited for a search

Hello?? Isn't this what we're doing?
edithje
I noticed that too, and I tried, and it doesn't matter if you search or not...still 0,49 cent per click.....

Guess there's still a little glitch there ah.gif
Brianlfc
LOL, I thought exactly the same.

What you need to check is the "request payment" page.

Everytime you click on a link, this totl goes up the promised 1 cent aa.gif

What on earth that other screen means on your stats screen? God only knows.

Perhaps its a bonus we build up over the month? Or perhaps its to show we're not earning them that much for each search, lol...

Oh and BTW, my Paypal cashout cleared, so I'm happy, my third payment off them aa.gif
SwissNyfe
Thanks Brian, I'll have to check that out when they send more mails ac.gif
Brianlfc
Hmm, this monthly stats thing doesn't make sense aj.gif

I presumed the totals it was showing were in fact the cash we're earning CW for each search, but I've just clicked through a few links and the figures came up before I even clicked a search result aj.gif aj.gif

They just seem to been random totals added aj.gif aj.gif aj.gif
SwissNyfe
What you said before, the request payment area, I think you're correct with that, adding up what I made before the conversion, minus my cashout payment and then adding 1 cent for each search made after the site update seems to balance out.

Now for the monthly stats screen... I have no clue LOL, it shows "bid shares" which makes me think that it's referring to a percentage/share of the bid value of the result links?? ????? ao.gif aj.gif ar.gif ai.gif

Walden University - Online Education [Bid Value: $0.20]

but then again maybe not if you're saying the figures appear before you click a result link..

LOL aww H - E - double hockey sticks... who knows... would be nice if Cosmic Wealth to shed some light our way...

I sent in a request to Cosmicwealth, but I am afraid they did not receive it. It took me to an html page with the following on it.

Database error: Can not exec query: Function SelectQuery:SELECT ID, Name, MinValue, MaxValue, Cost FROM payment_types WHERE ((MinValue IS NULL) OR ($10>=MinValue)) AND ((MaxValue IS NULL) OR ($10<=MaxValue)) AND (PaymentType = 0)
MySQL Error: 1054 (Unknown column '$10' in 'where clause')
Session halted

Also when I informed them using the contact page, I did not get the usual automated reply of "we have received your request and will get back to you in two or three business days" instead I got linked to the advertising page.

If someone could tell me how to notify Cosmicwealth that there is an error in the script on their page (either their email address) or where about on this forum I should also post this message, please let me know.

Try this email address, don't know if it still works as it was off the old site, but hopefully they still use the same addy.

I believe they also have a support folder here, under the "Company Support" folder--you should also post there. aa.gif
SwissNyfe
You can post in the support folder but I don't think they respond. When I emailed them the responded to me using the following address if I remember correctly.

support@cosmicwealth.com
guylc2
Or try webmaster@cosmicwealth.com
Annette
Tried support@cosmicwealth.com, administrator@cosmicwealth.com, and webmaster@cosmicwealth.com.
And since I also wrote on the contact form and got the same advertising page, I assume that none of the three above work. (well I am sure that support@c---doesn't work, because I got a not found back.

I don't want to try to request my payment again. I rather suspect that they messed up the script so they don't have to pay me and with the luck I've had with some other companies, I'm thinking it is a "don't pay anrose" campaign going on. ah.gif
ohmatiki
Hi everyone! I am having problems with the length of time it is taking to get my payment, too, and in contacting support on cosmic wealth. I read all of the posts here and put my mind * a little * at ease. Thanks!

I did notice the posts about the new earnings being lower than they should be but being correct on the cashout page and I think I might be able to clear that up a little: There is something on the site about certain searches that the company gets revenue off of and I think that if you search on these links you get paid a percentage of that revenue. That is what is reflected in that chart. It also says that these are paid every 45 days, so they probably don't show up at all in your earnings until then. Thought I don't know for sure, I think this is above and beyond what you are paid to do the search and the value depends on how much they get from the searches in that time period.

ao.gif sorry if that is confusing, but I am pretty sure that is the intent. (Think along the lines of Points on some websites and you will get my idea!) ae.gif

later!
