I have just received my first mail from AllYouSubmitters ... great - huh ???

Only one teensy-weensy problem .................. I never joined up !!!!!

The mail was addressed to "Members" and contained a link to some programme or other - not a paid link of course. Needless to say - it got binned.

Who is behind this programme and where did they get my information from ?

And where is the best most effective place to report them to for spamming ?

LUCKY INVESTMENT IS REALY GREAT PROGRAM!

Rules are quite simple. You invest amount between $1 and $1000 and in next
45 days you will receive 5% of that amount every day.

At the end, you will have 225% of invested money at your account.

Here's an example:

- You invest $10 today.
- Tomorrow you receive $0.50, then the day after you receive $0.50 and so
on.
- After 45 days your ballance will be 45 x 0.50 = $22.5.

You are allowed to invest as many times as you want. For each investment
you will receive money daily.

Also, you do not have to wait for 45 days to invest again - you can
re-invest at any time.

checking 211.23.60.148 (from the e-mail source) gives me

211-23-60-148.HINET-IP.hinet.net

If i am correct then hinet.net is an asian block.
I don't think that the ays webbie is from asia is he?

I just think someone messed with the headers and it never came from AYS. It is not that hard to fake the "from" and "reply to" adresses.

Anyway, just use the contact form at lucky investement to file a complaint.
If you get any more spam , complain to his isp if he does not fix it within reasonable time.

Hi All,

New member here.

I belong to AYS, and I've been getting e-mails from the Admin that they had to restructure everything because of the never-ending cheaters, spammers and so on.

If you are being spammed by someone other then AYS, I would contact AYS directly first and ask if they have you registered.

If you are NOT registered and don't want to be, then ask them to remove you/your e-mail.

If you want to join, then you can make some money by clicking on a link that looks like this which is at the bottom of your e-mail.

http://www.allyousubmitters.com/scripts/ru....php?EA=xxxxxxx

(the xx's are my personal code, so I deleted them for this post.)

They also offer paid advertisements where advertisers pay AYS to e-mail and advertise the advertiser's business. And I believe that is stated on each e-mail that is sent which is not a "paid to read" e-mail.

Also, this is the new header that I get from AYS.

ONE LAST REQUEST from me: Please don't report legitimate companies, unless your ABSOLUTELY sure that you are being spammed. I'm earning money here from a very easy source, and it wouldn't be fair to anyone who is honest to be blamed for something they aren't doing.

Thanks,

Linda D.

I would definitely write to the REAL AYS and let them know what's happening.
Give them a chance to investigate this and try to help you.
With all the hacking and spamming going on these days, we can't just assume that AYS is spamming people.
They just went through a major reconditioning of the program....I doubt they would screw it all up now.
Shelly
I got it also and I am not a member
jorgy
I just got that email too. I'm not a member either. am.gif I hate spammers.
databass
just one thought regarding that matter

the site shut down for a while due to the old script being hacked right?

well the old script is still online so that the previous members can access their stats so perhaps someone has been hacking into the original script and extracting email addresses from that, possibly even using the old mailer to send out their spam???
Kore
I'm not a member of AYS, got that mail too.
First thing I've done is go to AYS and tryed to have my password sent... and guess what? My e-mail is not in their database.
So I sent them a message througt their contact page to inform them.
I was thinking to report also the site beeing advertised on that spam mail.

So I guess AYS got nothing to do with that mail, and guess also I'm a but upset ae.gif
ILostMyTrueLove
well I went 1 step further.

spam is spam.

and every legitimate company will terminate or at least give a reprimand to the spammer.

i sent a copy of this thread to lucky-investments along with a copy of my email received and here is the reply back from Lucky-Investments.

Hats off to this company. I wouldnt invest with them because they have a phony telephone #. but, based on how fast they were to respond to this spam complaint lol

i may just invest with them because here is their reply:

Dear Sir/Madam

Thanks for your spam report, all payments to this user's account have been
terminated because spam is not valid type for advertising of our program and
collecting referrals.

Thanks again,

Did somebody wrote to AYS admin, he will be interested in this matter also.

BTW I am member of AYS, and I did get this email, but it was a SPAM for sure.
Susy
I'm a member of AYS and did NOT get that email.

First off, please do this. Do not yell spam/scam until you yourself go check out something. If you first go to the site and check it out, it will show you CALIFORNIA. Then go to WHOIS and check that out. If you have trouble, send a POLITE email to the webmaster, or hit the contact button to send an inquiry that way.

Sure, come to forum and post a 'CONCERN' first. It might truly be spam, but when I was reading the original postings here, it sounded to me like some of you were calling the real webmaster a spammer...which totally hurts the program.

It's quite easy to find through the headers some information, but it seems it's easier for people to yell foul without thought. This program is desperately trying to get back on the right foot, it IS a good program, and the webmaster IS NOT a scammer or a spammer. Too many people took advantage of a good thing, and made it really bad for others. Let's not sink this ship totally underwater.

Ask, investigate, and THINK.
ILostMyTrueLove
i'm not a member of AYS.

however, anyone who got this email from the spammer.

they can just send a copy of the email received from that person plus this thread's url (which is what i did).

spamming is not tolerated in most gptr programs. so i assume the webmaster can see if anyone has this e-gold # in their program.

of course, the webmaster could say that they didnt spam about AYS so he/she can't do anything.

but i hope that AYS does do something.

and i'm still not sure how they got my email address from cuz i'm not a member as well as some of the others who posted here.

i knew it was spam cuz i'm not a member of AYS and it came from AYS.

i posted here to investigate if Lucky investment downline thread used that e-gold #.

when i saw it wasnt, i immediately wrote to the webmaster at lucky-investment who investigated and deleted that person's account for spamming

i think you read it wrong when you say that people here called AYS webmaster a spammer. cuz i for sure never said that.

I didn't say ALL...I said it "sounded as if SOME". Plainer?

And the gist was reminding to check out first. Just a simple thought. No harm was intended, geez. All of our thoughts are welcomed here, I "thought".

ah, k better now that you said "some" lol

no hard feelings intended. i read the thread differently than you of course lol i read it as everybody knew it didnt come from AYS webmaster.

thats why i replied back. my end is done with getting rid of the spammer on 1 program.

might be a good idea for someone to complain to the ays webmaster if they want to. if i was a member, i'd for sure email him/her lol cuz i hate spammers. i get enough of them

No - you didn't Caroline - but I did.

I received a mail purporting to be from that programme ... how was I to know anything other than that.

I'm not a net "investigator" ... I don't know how to research half the stuff that I've seen Jaikula do on here.

All I know was that I got a spam mail from a recognised .com programme

OK - I was wrong .... (maybe) .... and therefore I will bow to those much more knowledgeable about such things and retract my comment
ILostMyTrueLove
ah lol

well its okay anywyas, cuz most of us knew it didnt come from the webmaster anyways. because we werent members of that email program.

i'm not so knowledgeable either but i Jaikula explained someplace else how to do the whois and headers, etc.
