l'm using avast.

l've tried oone other, but found that avast is best with Vista.

l had Norton on here before, but wasn't too impressed, installed avast and haven't regretted it (the sexy voice saying 'your virus database has been updated' several times each day does me no harm either loollllllllll)

rofl at using norton just rofl

nod32 and kaspersky

as for firewall comodo seems to have a little bit more interaction from the user and it learns from the things you use and do

Norton, ZoneAlarm, BitDefender, Kaspersky, and now Avast!, and many of the others are all bloatware. Their heuristic detections are not up to the job, they false positive like crazy, their firewalls are easily bypassed and they take up way too much cpu, ram and harddrive space. My one and only recommendations are NOD32 for A-V and Comodo 3 Pro (either the free or paid version) for a firewall.
