Anyone having trouble getting into CharmedEmail? I just signed up a few days ago and now I keep getting the "Error !!! You are not a valid user!!!!!! Your email address is not in our Database" page.

Have u contacted the WM? I'm sure that he/she would check into that error.... its mainly due to the database... most ppl doesn't know that every once in a while they have to optimize the tables and without doing so can cause errors.... I would try that first....

I contacted the WM as soon as I got the message but I know WMs have lives too and I hope they get to do something besides set in front of a computer on the weekends. Plus I'm a bit more concerned than usual because I signed up as part of a referral swap I would hate for anyone to think I backed out.

I'm sure that that your sign up will be honestly recorded and all shall be ok... I believe that I read that u tried to sign in, correct? If not then go to the site and try that, I had alittle trouble with a program that I joined and that was happening to me... hey u can also try to go to the site and hit resend info and if it resends the info that u signup with then it should correctly let ya sign in if not then try signing up again and then emailing the WM and letting them know that u felt that it would help to re-sign up and that it wasnt that u wree trying to have a double sign up or anything..... that way they will know that your just trying to help u know? lol.

I was hoping for ya freeandeasy, honest. I got into Charmed fine for a couple of days but yesterday and today no luck. I'm sure it's just a glitch but I'd feel awful it I just sit around on my hands and did nothing. Ya know if it was just one I signed up for it won't be such a big deal but it's a trade.
