I love those small clausules... lol
Oh btw, nothing personal, but anyone offerinf unlimited bandwidth is not a serious company, not even a server provider. If so big sites won't paying nice hundreds of bucks each month to use big bandwidth.
I'm pretty that If I use 500 Gb in a month (which is very easy for an autosurf site) I get my account cancelled or blocked with any webhosting provider offering UNLIMITED BANDWIDTH.
Just my two cents.
