inboxcash is a complete con, they never send any e mail, and they never pay anyone.
i joined 6 months ago and have had no email!
they just want you to sign up to get paid to sign up offers which you never actaully get paid for because you are supposed to confirm your account when u get your firs email (which they never send) this is why u cant get the $10 for your refferals!

I get emails about 2-3 a week.

They have a big click section every day. I haven't cashed out, but I AM getting emails. Not that many, but I do visit the ptc section every day.

So many programs names are so close...just to make sure I mean the same one as you, the one I'm referring to is:
