I wonder if Xray-cash's PTP's link is working ?

Cause my PTP stats are showing that it hasn't gotten any credits the last week or so ?

This is serious. Cause I just learned I wasted another PTP's redemption order seeing that it hasn't brought me any credits to my Xray-Cash's PTP stats ?

And I'm pretty much sure I've been promoting my Xray-Cash's PTP link in approved sites. Cause not only that I've been promoting them in approved sites where I've gotten credits from in the past but I just checked and they are still on the approved sites list.

So, to the administrator, if you're reading this, please step up the plate and fix this as soon as you can.

The PTP is still working me, I am not sure about others, but I am still receiving hits to my ptp link.

Is your statistic just showing 0 hit? Do you put your link correctly when you advertise it? Or could it be that your PTP is suspended? You should send support ticket which get faster respond than posting here.

My stats just showing 0 hit. It didn't occur to me that my PTP could be suspended. Cause that rarely happens to me. That I'm a loyal and honest PTP member. Perhaps, maybe there's a misunderstanding somewhere. I ought to check with them and send them a support ticket. Hope it'll solve the dilemma. Thanks !

I advice to change all your ads as soon as possible to other ptp link, because support here is slow at this time. And wait until admin will unsuspend you.

I also am not receiving any PTP credits since the end of Feb. Please check and see what the problem is.

Anyone know why their support could be slow at this time ? Although I see that e-mail ads are still being sent out and banners are added to the paid to click pages. So, at least they're taking care of that part.

I do not know why. My support ticket is 1 month old without answer, support emails without answer too. Admin was here last time at 15 February.

2 weeks ago I saw admin message. Admin said that she will answer all tickets withing 3 days. But she didn't do it.

But week ago I received payout, so admin is sending emails and making payouts. But she do not do the importantest - support!

Another good thing about Xray-cash is that, compared to some other PTP's, they seem to pay good for each PTC click.

However, they need to keep in mind that by not checking their support tickets as frequently as maybe they should, it's taking longer for some of the members to have their PTP links unsuspended. And by doing that, they are actually discouraging members from promoting their PTP link which I'm sure they wouldn't want to do that. For instance, I'm taking an hiatus from promoting their PTP link until it gets unsuspended. And another member in this thread has stated the same. Who knows, maybe there are also other members out there that's also waiting for their PTP link to get unsuspended.
