I am unable to shop online using PayPal account it's telling me my address is not confirmed when i am Verified member.

Can you log into your paypal account? Is it just when you are going to check out?

Confirmed and verified aren't exactly the same thing. Have you added a credit card or your bank info to your Paypal account. You'll need that to be confirmed.
