I dont think its bad Sophie, but I cant tell you why it does that. I dont see any searches or anything.
I think we need an expert to explain to us!!

I think they are a pay-per-click advertiser like Bidvertiser, Google etc.
The cause may be some particular site may be using their service to display pop under advertising or anything like that.

If you mean adshuh, they are an affiliate program serving ads from other third party networks. A small number of those ads may have problems, but I don't think many would popup an mvent warning despite the problems due to the way the problems are coded.
The best way for someone to see if the mvent is warning of a nasty is to get a screenshot of the warning and paste that. But chances are it may be virtually unreadable due to the way these 3rd party sites code. Without seeing it, it's probably from a tracking code or perhaps to make a popup, or it could have picked up the problem I mentioned above.
