If I upgrade account with points, does I have licence to use PTP ???

Hi,all points upgrade members also can use ptp feature.You can go to 'Upgrade/Other Redemption' section to upgrade your membership.It will be done automatically after you click the upgrade button.

I do not see 'Upgrade/Other Redemption' section in my account. I have separated "Other Redemption" and "Upgrades Available" sections. And I can't find there any upgrade redemptions links or buttons.
