anybody had problem with aurora not posting to order ledger after a purchase cant seem to make it work must have a setting wrong but dont know which any ideas anyone

Has anybody hosted aurora on plesk had this problem before so i can figure out if its my hosting or setting or bad script........

Does the purchase need to be approved by admin? (somewhere in the admin panel?) It probably doesn't appear until being approved. Just a guess.
