Is E-gold a good and safe place to sign up? How does it work and where can I go and look at the site?

Go to E-gold.com. I like e-gold, it's easy to use but it can be hard to fund. I have 2 accounts one I keep competely private and that's where all but $5.00 of my online spending money stays and I use it to fund my public account. Unlike paypal if you spend e-gold, it's GONE period, no recourse no way to get it back.
