I just got cheated out of some money in one of the programs i belong to but never would have known if I didn't happen to write down what I have in each program a couple days before. Do all of you keep track of what you have everyday in all your programs because it seems like a lot of trouble but i dont want to get money erased from my account and not realize it. How do you guys keep track?
telflonmail
excel spreadsheet (weekly audit) and screenshot graphics file to retain referral info.

note - some of the older CAC scripts when you lose referrals you lose the referral earning for them. The more hard working WM are now placing line items for lost referral income (Only for deletions due to inactivity.)

I constantly keep an updated spreadsheet of all my programs I'm in also. I have it where:
1) date of last email
2) programs name
3) total made
4) cash out level
5) if they have a ptc or not
6) comments field for me if I cashed out, waiting to be paid, or if the site is down for a reason.

I know may seem like a chore, but it helps me keep track of all my programs I'm in and basically tells me if they are sending any emails or not.

There are several ways to get a screenshot; here is an easy one.
While you are on the page that you want to get a screenshot of, press the print scr key while you are holding the shift key.
Then open Paint, click edit, then click paste.
Then save the screenshot into a folder.

But keeping track for every site you joined is troublesome.

But keeping track for every site you joined is troublesome.

It not really that troublesome. I have my excel spreadsheet running in the background...as I check my emails and clicking the links. I will go ahead and log into the site also and just take a quick look at my stats and may even do some ptc on that site before going on to the next email.

Also within my spreadsheet I have different sheets broken down by payout levels...so I'm constantly updating as I read my emails. I've found that to be easy for me

I keep a spreadsheet on excel too - with program names, what they are (ptc, ptr, etc), usernames and passwords, total needed to cashout, amount earned, amount left to earn, # of referrals and how much I've been paid to date. I must admit, I don't always update as much as I should, but the very last column of my spreadsheet is the date updated, so I can sort it by date and see which programs I need to review.

I think it really helps, plus it's interesting to see all the programs you've joined that have "disappeared" all in one place!

I keep a book by my conputer with the program name . Computers are nice but I like to keep things in my book. I always go to my account and check before I do any thing on the program. Then when I'm done I write it down.

Thats why when a WM told me nobody took nothing from my account I know that they did. So it was not worth it to stay with the program for me.
I know screen shots are good because you have that to show if things are not as they should be.
