For me to know if I do this right or not ....

1. Using Shift+Click is bad ? Or do I have to click on each link, and then BACK ?
2. I know that everyone must stay 15 secs at least on a page! But are this 15 secs counted after the page is fully loaded or from the time I hit Enter.
