Original payout was $10.00 for free members and webmistress states that she has lowered it to $7.00 as long as members have at least $1.00 in personal earnings. Gold members are still at the $5.00 payout but only need $.50 in personal earnings

I am not forgetting my gold members .. Gold members will be able to still cash out at $5 but I have lowered the personal earnings for gold members to 50 cents. :0)
